Job Duties

Supervise kitchen staff and food preparation helpers.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Ensure quality control and consistency of dishes.

Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety procedures.

Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety and sanitation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
Employment Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.

Minimum 2–3 years experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine.

Experience with traditional Indian spices, sauces, and cooking techniques.
